Data-availability / provenance flags per institution and quarter, 1:1 with if_financeiros_periodo. tem_individual/financeiro/prudencial say which escopo the code reported under; fonte_grupo/tem_grupo describe the _grupo block; tem_/fam_ explain why a metric is NULL. The gate for any scoring: never infer quality from an absent metric.
